Boston Firefighters continue their battle with fires and hot weather as they responded to a 4 alarm fire at 133 South Street in Jamaica Plain about 10am on Tuesday July 13, 2010. Five Firefighters sustained burns, cuts and other injuries requiring them to be transported to local hospitals. None of the injuries are life threatening. All occupants of the house escaped unharmed but some cats could not be rescued. One cat that was rescued hid underneath a car in front of the building which I photographed and is included in the gallery.
