Brookline Firefighters were called to the HRI Psychiatric Hospital for a fire on the 2nd floor about 8:30pm on Sunday March 7, 2010. A patient had set his bed on fire and attempted to flee but was immediately apprehended by authorities. The 1st and 2nd floors sustained significant water damage from the sprinkler system.
